A scandal that hit the PDA secretary of agriculture King Dobby and resulted in them being wrongfully slandered. After further investigation it was determined to be a "false flag" operation initiated by a Hippo and an emasculated Frenchman, resulting in them receiving pity from numerous people. Fuck that guy.

King Dobby has been greatly impacted by Dobbygate, so badly that they forget to tend to their agricultural duties.
