That feeling one gets on a Sunday when they know they have to go back to school and/or work the next day. Procrastination on a Sunday can also cause Sunday Depression, because doing work for school can make one depressed and get them into a "Damn it, I don't want to go to school tomorrow" feeling. People with Sunday Depression may have a frown on their face, get butterflies in their stomach, appear to be stressed or nervous, etc. This feeling does not normally occur when there is no school on Monday due to some kind of holiday.
Eddie: Hey man, what's wrong with you? You look down.
Vincent: I just don't want to go to class tomorrow and I still need to finish a paper for English.
Eddie: Sounds like you have a bad case of Sunday Depression.

depression is a mental disorder that can effect anyone no matter the gender, race, social status or age. depression is the opposite of being afraid of dying. most depression victims don't want to live, not to be cool(which is really f cking stupid bc if you had depression you wouldn't want people acting like they have something extremely serious), but bc depression is such a severe disorder that it makes you feel like you're worthless, or should not have been put on this earth. it includes getting sad after laughing or being happy, can lead to self harm such as cutting, and can sometimes lead to insomnia. depression is NOTHING to joke about. imagine waking up every day and telling yourself you're not worth anything and awaiting the day you finally get taken from this life. if you know someone with depression, try to help them out as much as you can, but also give them some space bc if you had a mental illness, you wouldn't want ten thousand questions. but also don't be an a hole about it either.
a hole 1: hey I have an idea, why don't you just stop having depression?
a hole 2: yeah like just stop being sad
person with depression: it's a f cking illness I CANT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT
