A person who goes on UrbanDictionary.com, to define words, in an attempt to vent about America's economic problems, thus proving that he or she is too poor to be on the internet he or she is using.
That guy is such a troll. He spends his time complaining about the economy on the internet to people who don't give a damn.

A form of internet bullying in which one party purposely uses a sarcastic tone to try and piss off other internet users. Usually by stating the obvious and/or mocking other users for no reason other then personal enjoyment.
