Tim is not an ideal human being, maybe not even one. He is a strict teacher who doesn't shut up about anything. Thinks he's the funniest man around and laughs at his own jokes. He loves to vaccinate other fellow teacher too. If you have him as a teacher it's gonna be a long hard year.
