Something that makes perfect, blatantly obvious sense, but only after giving it a bit of thought.

Bill: Did you know, when you smell a fart, you're actually smelling little particles of shit that get stuck up your nose.

Ben: Oh yeah! OMG I'd never thought of that before!

Bill: Obvious really; there's a nice bit of advanced common sense for you.

Common Sense

The complete act of saying "Fuck it" and walking away. Careless, selfish behavior. Logical thinking for the masses.

I should fix that ladder. Fuck it! I will leave it for the next guy.

I should let that person in front of me. Fuck it. I am more important.

I should pay my bills. Fuck it!... To the beer store.

Sweet! I am home early... and i got beer. I should use common sense more often.

I sense a "but" coming

What you say when someone begins wholeheartedly and enthusiastically agreeing with your point of view, but you would have thought that this particular person would not truly be willing to go along with your idea, and so you suspect that he is merely trying to put you in a better mood and is thus building up to saying, "But in spite of my sympathy for your position/situation, I still feel that..."

You: I feel that Klondike bars are the greatest thing since sliced bologna, so I think that every child should be allowed to eat at least one per day..
Parent: Oh, I agree with you --- they are super-delicious, fairly inexpensive, and an all-around ---
You: I sense a "but" coming here.
