Owensboro, Kentucky, USA. Apart from the several thousand Pro-Southern Rednecks who are misinformed about what region they live in, Owensboro is a pretty good place to be. Stone Cold Steve Austin had his famous saying "Austin 3:16 says I just whipped your ass" in reference to the bible verse John 3:16. When Austin battled Owen Hart, Owen botched a pile driver on Austin and for a split second Austin felt paralyzed. Austin had to leave due to a broken neck.
