When you’ve been in a dirty public place, likely a city like Nashville on Broadway or the “L” in Chicago and you get home and have to take all your clothes off and shower but still feel itchy.

This is when you're itching like crazy somewhere on your body, but try as you might, you can't seem to scratch it away. Turns out you have to scratch somewhere entirely different to stop the itch.
I had the worst satellite itch on my right shin the other day; i was scratching there for hours but it wouldn't go away. Finally, I scratched my sack and it stopped.

An itch occuring specifically to balls of celebrities, leading to awkward scenarios or positions which are too sore to be avoided even while being on camera. These awkward moments are then immaculately captured and posted on social media. The itch is named after famous internet personality who first captured Indian politician Kejriwal doing such an act.
