Nooooo... Hamas killed INDISCRIMINATELY... They killed soldiers as well. So... Like an air stirke that kills 20% hamas militants and 80% civilians... Hamas when in and killed 20% militants and 80% civilians (and these aren't exact figures this is intended to serve as an example). Like, their bombs aren't getting in so they have to do it manually.
