Orphicism

The strong belief in the Orphic version of the Greek creation myth.

(Not to be confused with Orphism)

e.g: 'In orphicism, The Greek God of The Universe, Protogenus (aka. Phanes) created the primordial gods and the universe. The Greek god of love, Eros (Roman: Cupid) also hatched from the Cosmic egg floating in The Cosmos.'

(NOTE: A follower of Orphicism would be called an, Orphic or Orphicist).

the way of feeling orphaned by something, a death, a loss or just choosing it. being left with no one by something bad happen for you to be become an orphan, you were orphanated by that occurrence.
