inkjoggle

An inkjoggle is another racial slur against black people. It is used for one of the darkest variety, in contrast to the medium and light-skinned black folk. They are the type of person that will never get a taxi ride at night. In dark pictures, all that can be seen is teeth and eyes.

Example: "Holy shit, Alex, look at how dark that inkjoggle over there is!"
