Someone who exhibits over-the-top douschebaggery along with being a c#nt. Can also be used as a less offensive way to describe a douschebag or a c#nt due to the simple humor of combing the two words.

That girl is always hanging all over my boyfriend and trying to get attention; she is a total douschecunt.
