This is a kick-ass woman whose name most of the people get wrong the first time around. She has a collection of all the wrong names people wrote when sending her work emails, even though the name is clearly written in the address. She is a bit nervous (true to her name), outgoing and outspoken, a bit crazy in a good way & “has balls” (quoting here many other people in various situations). She is a loyal and a good friend, can be a head-ache if you step on her toes - so you better not do that & a natural “fighter” (don’t read this too literally).
