An expression to acknowledge something that is a response to a situation that could be trivial semi serious.

Co-worker: “That ladder is unstable.”
Me: “Heard”

Friend: “Were leaving in 5!”
Me: Heard

Someone: “Can you check on the cookies?”
Me: “Heard.”

Salesclerk: “You’re total is _____.”

Me: “Heard.”
