When getting setup with a CPAP machine for sleep apnea, a provider may put out many different types of used CPAP Masks that have been used by hundreds of people to see which one fits best for the person. It's an effort designed to prevent opening up new masks constantly to cut on costs.
My dad went to the medical supply store to get setup with a CPAP Machine. When they put out the CPAP Buffet, he asked for a new mask.

Tell your friend (victom) that there is a really drunk girl in the other room sleeping and if he orally pleasures her he is guarenteed a bit of "the ol' in and out." Now when you friend starts to get busy on her south bound action all you friends come running out the closet and jump on her stomach. This makes all her internal organs (or mong as it's called after death) come out her box and into his mouth! Hence, the Mongolian Buffet.
