Bloip is the word for the sound a waterdrop makes. When it hits for example a water surface it makes a "bloip" sound.

Therefore, when someone says or type bloip, they mean a waterdrop sound.

The word "bloip" is usually not used in sentences, because its a sound, and not really a word.
