Closer

One of the enemies in Silent Hill 3. The Closer is a tall creature with ball-like hands, a seizuring and penis-like head, and very tall legs almost pointy. Attacks by using its hands that emit a tongue, or by spinning its hands around crudely.

Hold me closer tony danza is a phrase people (aka me and my friends)use when my true stupidity shows. This is when I think the words to an Elton John song is "hold me closer tony danza" instead of "hold me closer tiny dancer" and now this phrase can be used to mock your friend's true stupidity at any moment in time. After your friends say something stupid you just say "Oh my god, hold me closer tony danza"

An example could be after your friend says something like Oh my god your lawn has stripes" when really your lawn only had "stripes" due to a shadow. After they say that you say, "Oh my god, hold me closer tony danza"

In basketball, the player who comes in in late-game situations with a lead to protect. The closer prevents the other team from coming back by sinking clutch shots, drawing fouls, and making big plays on D. See Kobe Bryant

It indicates being popular in the prison or gay community. That guys can get "lucky". Particularly when placed just below the ear, it is a marker for how far down they like to deep throat and that they swallow. It is also known to be used as a target by the sissy of the group who would kneel in the middle of a disturbingly aggressive homosexual circle jerk.

That guy is advertising that he is a cum dumpster in the prison and gay community with that shamrock/clover neck tattoo.
