Commonly known as a 'Boggy' (a roll up cigarette) on a more miniscule scale. Boglets primarly consists of two ingrediants that are essential to the construction of a boglet. Traditionaly to make one you need first a rolling paper, for the ideal boglet roll half the size of a 'boggy'. boglets are ideal for conserving resources and cutting down on nicotine. Hard to segregate from a skater, a bogger wears baggy clothing and often some form of hat (beanie, etc). Anti-townie (who isn't?) and often considered to think they are individual. But usually they don't think that. Only the dillusional ones do. Also associated with punk/rock/soft metal music, sometimes they skate.
