Spitter Baby

When an extraordinarily fat woman (usually black) can't get pregnant by traditional means, she employs the assistance of a homosexual gynecologist. Said gynecologist will then fellate (suck off) the baby daddy until the gynecologists mouth is full of black seed. The gynecologist will then spit the fresh load into his hand and fist the patient until she is inseminated. This is the most common method of artificial insemination in the South.
