Similar to “dick gizzard” or scientifically known as the “frenulum”. Scrugma refers to the underside of the tip of a man’s penis. Can be used as an insult towards someone who is being annoying or self centred. Simply put, a more layered and aesthetic way of calling someone a dickhead.
