The Route 66

The act of putting cocaine in a lubricated condom, tying it off, and inserting it in a partner's anus. A needle is then used to carefully prick a small hole (or holes, known as the "trucker challenge") in the condom, allowing the cocaine to start to leak out, and allows for the bottom (henceforth called the "ride") to start getting high.
