After being sent to kill 1 man in the Harwood district of Portland, Liberty City by Sonny Forelli (don of the Forelli mafia) in 1971, 10 hitmen were sent to kill him. He kills all of the hitmen men then is arrested by the LCPD 15 years later he is released and sent to Vice City to do a drug deal which goes wrong which leads him to get vengeance, then takes control of the City.

Verchiel

Verchiel is someone who has the features of an angel, though don't be fooled by that beautiful face for she is not afraid to use it against others. She is cunning and deceiving, traits that are not evil though could be look down on. Her voice is serene and is awfully good at art, but sometimes she is rather rude. She gets rather jealous easily and has the tendency to spew out rubbish when she's angry, though the words are cruel, her ego is the reason she fails to apologize to others. She uses her beauty to use bad things like her guys.
