Noun- A person who is thought to have relatively normal cognitive function, but has temporarily lost control or memory of all cognitive function. A king of the Tards, especially in the genre of video games. Someone who repetitively screws up or Homes Out. A person who, if you didn't know them, you'd think they were mentally impaired.
