Used when a person is about to "butt out" a cigarette but does not want to burn the soles of his or her shoes. Whoever else is in the immediate premises proceeds to "stomp" on the cigarette.

Guy 1 : "Man, I don't want my mom to see these butt burns on the bottom of my shoes. STOMPSIES!"
Guy 2 : *stomps on the cigarette"
