Stogin
Generally used in the midwestern region, a nickname or adjective to describe a fencer, typically practicing sabre, who repeatedly annihilates any competition without mercy.

joner stogging
Jogging when you're stoned. When you're stoned and you run you don't get out of breath so you can go for ages.
Person 1: "my cars not fixed yet and we need to be at matts in 15 minutes and he live at the other side of the town."

Stogge tactics
A famous tactic created by Stooge by remaining level 1 in mass in a game called Custom hero footies, no matter who they're against. Normally the opponent will feel sorry and leave the game and allow the brilliant tactician to win out of pity. It was created when a infamous player Stooge kept failing and losing "mass" in the custom hero footies games that people felt sorry for him and left the game just so he could win.
