A person that is trying to look like a scumbag for the sake of street credibility. Usually associated with the skateboarding or rollerblading subcultures. Mustaches, tight pants and punk rock music are a key indicator of a scumster.

A slump being the period of time when a player is not playing their best or is under preforming.
