An expression used when telling someone to give something some extra thought.

Also a phrase used in an 'LG' ad campaign.

I know this idea sounds crazy, just give it a ponder and get back to me later.

It basically means no. But the person pondering wants you think think they’ll say yes. But really they’re saying no.
