1. to JACC - the act of imposing rules and regulations and people to make a place once distinct from mainland China into 'just another Chinese city'
2. to be JACCed - being the subject of the imposition of conditions that force a city into becoming 'just another Chinese city'
2.a - variation - to be highJACCed - a play off 'hijacked' suggesting the city in question (e.g. Hong Kong, Macau) has been stolen and diverted to become 'just another Chinese city'

Hong Kong has been totally JACCed in the last few years.

The Heritage Foundation must think Hong Kong has been totally JACCed if it cancelled their independent standings on their Economic Freedom Index and rolled their results up with China.

Except for the casinos, Macau has been JACCed for years. Hong Kong is falling in line.
