That guy just sent me all these private messages complimenting me on my style and how cool I was and then told me he can't wait for me to hear his new music album, after I sign up on his website. His flirteting almost got me! Combination of flirting and marketing

A replacement for "fair", "fairs", "fair play" etc. Deriving from the infamous "Fair Juan" meme, which has been shortened to just 'FairJ' for common speak.
For maximum results, use in a scenario where you are 'deading someone off', as in cutting the conversation short purposefully - For example:
