Another letter from the Condo Gestapo. Apparently this time the trash can was out before 7pm. Who is this guy?

Any of a large group of (mostly senior citizens) that stare out their windows and look for people who are breaking ridiculous condo association rules.

little old ladies (on occasion, little old men), who devote their entire life to paying attention to, complaining about, and ordering everyone around who lives in, visits, serves on the boards of, manages, and/or works for the condo where they live. Have no other life, as children ca't stand them either. Frequently of Jewish extraction, and found living in South Florida.

Condo Canyon

A neighborhood made up mostly or entirely of high-rise residential buildings, so called because the buildings along both sides of a major street resemble the walls of a canyon.

The West End used to be single-family houses; now, with all of the development, it's turned into Condo Canyon.
