One of the nineteen bosses in Cuphead and probably the hardest boss on Inkwell Isle One.

A part of the 'Innocent looking flower is a horrible person' cliche, which had started becoming a huge trend in video games manly due to a character to whom he's often compared with named Flowey, who was once formerly known as Asriel Dreemurr.

Though Cagney Carnation is a flower in an indie game, he is not Flowey from Undertale.

Person 1: Hey, have you played Cuphead? It's really hard as balls!
Person 2: Yeah, I have played it and it's difficult to say the least.
Person 3: You guys talking 'bout Cuphead? Who's your favourite character?
Person 1: Mine's Cala Maria; she's got that body and I love her first form!
Person 3: Mine's Baroness von Bon Bon; she's the perfect mix of difficulty and strategy!
Person 2: Mine's Cagney Carnation....
Person 1 & 3: Why? He's the hardest boss on Inkwell Isle One!
Person 2: To be honest, I am a fan of him not because of how you do strategy on that level or how he looks, it's just I find a lot of my own personality in him.

place. Town in Canada that sits boldly upon the bare prairies surrounded by wheat fields and arthropods not encumbered by gluten-allergies. A shitty overrated piece of television in which everything unrealistically occurs in one street. Liked by people with no lives on their own who enjoy living the lives of the characters through television. It's a wanna-Saved By The Bell.
