He is literally the hottest person alive but got caught and experimented on by HYDRA. When he fell off the train, HYDRA took him and made his even hot by giving him a VIBRANIUM ARM and POCKET KNIVES. He was sent to kill people so when he got out of control of hydra he had severe PTSD. He's literally just a giant fluff ball who needs someone that can love him, listen and comfort him about his horrible memories.
