In Dallas Texas, a place to advertise strip joints and Hooters. If you have been to this city, you know what I mean.

The majority of billboards in Dalls TX feature half-nakewd women. I guess texans are more fond of chixplotation than other states. Picture coming soon.

When someone advertises something through clothing/bumper stickers/etc.

"You gonna buy that Chimaira t-shirt?"
"Nah, man. I'm not billboarding for a band I don't like that much."

When a girl advertises that she wants to get it. It could be a slutty shirt, an outragous statement "I need to get laid", or just being an easy ho and letting everybody know it.

"Look at that girl's skirt, you can see her cooch...that bitch is straight billboarding".

Solar panels that are prominently installed, and look good from the street, but will never create a return on the investment, let alone a buddy thumbs up for the environment.

My friend just installed a virtue billboard to power the 48,000 BTUs of air-conditioning that their cat enjoys while they are at work!
