A term that describes when a person has been : humiliated, out-witteed, burned, out-done, etc.

When a person has been insulted in a tactful way, you receive bars. Bars are a way of making fun of your friends with out them realizing.

Student: I didn't do the assignment.

Teacher: Why?! You need to do your work or you won't pass!

STudent: so? when i go to a publiic school i'll make 50% without any work at all.

Teacher: Fine, you're right. Instead of doing your school work you can practice saying"would you like fries with that?"

Any sort of prescription pharmaceutical generally used recreationaly and obtained illegally. The effects depend on the exact "bar" obtained but are generally similar to those of alcohol only a lot more laid back and relaxed. Usually makes you forget everything you did while you were affected by the drug.
