One of the only computer builders to make cool looking systems. Even pricier than Mac and occasionaly the same system can be built by selecting a cheaper model and adding the extra stuff as options, but still totaling less.

Stunning cases and the first builder to offer liquid cooling on desktops or replacable graphics cards in laptops. They even respray mice and keyboards to match their cases.

Oh yeah, the coolest thing; the eyes on them change color to let you know the battery status. Awesome.

He bought an Alienware laptop for the lan party and all the jealous 1337 nerds shunned him like a Mac user.

You can always buy a cheap one and put a really high-end graphics card in later.

Alienware 

A company that sells high-end gaming computers. Many people accuse them of having high prices, but once researched one will find they are competivly priced. YES- One could build it cheaper and so can Dell, BUT not with the same parts or service. Plus, you don't get any bragging rights!

A really nice computer company that sports high end hardware in its laptops with cool futuristic designs.
Poor people like to hate on this company because they can't afford one.
Dumb people like to hate on this company because they don't know much about computers and cannot perform simple repairs that customer support tells them to do to avoid long waits and shipping.

Alienware is a company owned by dell and has bad reputation of failing and only being aesthetically pleasing because they cheapen out on components and still in the thousand zone.
Alienware is only decent when on eBay.
