A person who is the absolute epitome and definition of a tramp including the fact they are a desperate soul who is seeking to hook up with questionable looking and like minded people at bar closing time. Minimal considerations of standards based upon quality and quantity of alcoholic beverages, ambient lighting, questionable verbal skills or other mitigating factors.

I was a tramperson last night. Definitely a bad idea. YOLO!!!
