The ability to sense a person's complete lack of interest, without the need for verbal communication

EXAMPLE 1
ME, ON A DATE: You look bored.
GIRL: That's incredible! How on earth do you DO that?!
ME: Telapathy
GIRL: Just to be clear, I'm still not going to shag you.
ME: Yeah, I figured you probably wouldn't.
GIRL: Wow! It's uncanny...

EXAMPLE 2
DUDE: I sense that the students in this auditorium are bored out of their tiny minds.
PROFESSOR: How could you possibly know that? They haven't spoken a word!
DUDE: Easy! You're in the middle of giving them an economics lecture.
PROFESSOR: :(
ME: I'm only joshing! It's telapathy.
PROFESSOR: Take that pseudo-scientific claptrap elsewhere - it has no place in this Economics classroom.

That ability that certain people have where they change the channel on a show during the commercial, and turn it back just in time for the show to come back.

Guy 1: "Yo, John. Turn the channel back. My T.V. Telepathy is telling me the show is back on."

Guy 2: "No way, man. It's only been a minute."

(Three minutes later)

Guy 1: "Way to go. We missed who the killer is."

Guy 2: "Sorry I didn't trust your T.V. Telepathy."
