2. The heat on a chair or couch due to a fart made by someone who previously sat there.

3. A couch or chair that is still warm from the person before.

4. The person who put the warmth into the seat you are now in.

1. I got maaajor spreeheap at Bob's slumber party! Joe must have been sitting there forever!

2. The spreeheap on this couch is TERRIBLE! It's warm AND smelly!
