A - repeating unfortunate events.
B - a terrible television program.
C - an unmaintained establishment.
Example: "This place is a Shitshow".

Most common usage in conversation, "The Australian television program 'Big Brother' is a Shitshow".

A 4am shots how is when someone has been drinking, takes some laxative and sleeping pills. This unfortunate sequence of events results in shooting in the bed in the wee hours of the morning.
