When it rains out side, but it is still bright and sunny. The phenomenon is common in places like Florida and California. This term was coined by a Dialect Survey, pretty sure it is a made up phrase. Other words this may go by, "sunshower", "the wolf is giving birth", "the devil is beating his wife", "monkey's wedding", "fox's wedding", or "liquid sun".

Pineáux-
1. A word derived from the song Escape by Rupert Holmes altering the line "If you like pina-coladas..." to "If you like Pineáux," creating an inherently awkward silence to cause contemplation over the imperfections of life.
2. A philosophical state of mind that focuses on the vast expanse of the unknown as opposed to the expected outcomes.
