A person who was born on the 29th of February. So if they were born on the 29/02/2004 they will only be 2 years old now (2012) because it is only the 2nd time it is the 29th of February. They are actually 8 but it only the 2nd time that it is the actual date of their birthday.

Friend: Happy 8th birthday!
Birthday person: Thanks.
Other friend: No he's only 2.
Friend: Why?

Leelen is very intelligent man. He is very respectful to everybody and everything. He is shy but once you are around him more he will be the best friend you'll ever have. He also has spiritual connections with different things as in the dead. He can visionise to a further extent than others. He often deals with severe depression, but knows the worth of his actions and of what costs they come with. He is also extremely wise and gives tremendously advice. He has an expanded vocabulary so you won't be able to understand what he is saying sometimes. He is also very loving and loyal. Leelen will be the best person you have ever met.
