A group identification term used tolet the person know that the stupidity just witnessed is not simply limited to the present individual, but to all those he associates with. Often times this gesture is accompanied by raised arms with the hands pointing down toward the individual for further proof that he/she is indeed the one talking.

A phrase substituting for the phrase 'ya man, that's how we do (or say) things'
Or 'that's mah girl (or boy, or boi)'.

A common phrase on the coast of Maine. Used when one lobsterman greets another. Another variant that is often used is "Hey there bud". It is important that these are both pronounced with a great Maine accent.

Made famous by Dr. Evil from Austin Powers 2, this can be synonymous with phrases like "That's how I roll" and "That's how we do things around here." It's often used after completing a task you're very proud of, making a good play in a sport, and any stubborn, confident, or cocky remark.
