Ghoters

Ghoters are "ghost voters" who were voting a few years ago, but suddenly during an audit, their records have vanished.

We looked for 20 voters right in our own neighborhood who were listed in our voter rolls, but somehow in the past few years all the records have disappeared, as if those people were never living here at all, and no one remembers meeting them, or hearing about them either. These ghoters are definitely ghost voters!
