Dudeland

A parallel universe where everyone is a dude and everything is cool. Dudeland has its own time zone, which is usually about 5 hours behind ours and will always be at least 20 minutes picking you up. Time also moves much more slowly in dudeland - it seems 5 hours behind but it is really 1988. All the dudes communicate by sharing a collective conscious which maximizes the use of its most endangered natural resource - brain cells. This explains how all the dudes understand each other when they mumble and/or can go for hours without speaking and still know that another dude wants nachos. It also explains why dudes are convinced that they DID tell you about losing your ATM card, setting the microwave on fire, or having to spend the weekend in jail - everyone in dudeland already knows and he forgot that you don't share the dudeland telepathy. Dudeland rocks because there is no responsibility such as jobs, because every day is filled with drinking, smoking, and jamming. In other words, a dude-topia.

I thought he was dead just staring into space like that, but he was really in Dudeland.

the dude man is a human who lives fearlessly and does what he or she feels is right. the dude man accepts people of all likes, dislikes, races, religions, genders, and sexualities. this variety of human moves in on crowded subways, says "excuse me", and will always put the blinker on when driving. the dude man will offer you his/her umbrella in the rain.

the hobbies of the dude man include hanging with friends and family, having sex, drinking, and smoking pot. however he or she uses condoms at all times, does not drink and cry for attention, and will always pass the bowl. this type of human lives in all of us.

when humanity realizes this, there will be no more war, crime, misery, selfishness, stealing, or cheating.
there will only be peace and love.

When we all find our inner dude man, the world will be awesome and traffic won't be so miserable.
