Rodeo Clowning 

Verb: In the situation where a dude and his wingman are hitting on two women, one attractive and one totally butterface, it is considered rodeo clowning to distract the butterface while the friend gets at the hot chick. Similar to jumping on a grenade, or taking one for the team.
Dude1: "Bro, I would've never hooked up with that totally hot chick last night if you hadn't been rodeo clowning her man-cow of a friend for me"
