This is the best quote said by Minoru Mineta (a.k.a. Fresh-Picked Hero "Grape Juice"). He's a character from the manga/anime series Boku no Hero Academia (My Hero Academia) who's known for his preverted behaviors.

During one of the exams, him and his teammate were fighting against a hot teacher. He had the opportunity to do something preverted, but instead he chose to flee with his friend. And that is when his said "THE BOOBS WILL HAVE TO WAIT!"
