a hybrid of Chicago and Hipster. kinda like the hipster movement in the east coast but in the west Coast. anybody that defines themselves as a Mexican-American. who enjoys 60s 70s 80s music,culture. loves any style of spanish music as well as American music. dresses like a hipster but are true to their Mexican roots.

There was a lot of Chipsters at the occupy LA movement.

1) A manner in which to describe a situation or item most people are familiar with but upon closer inspection - and by comparison - are either simply inferior to other, equally-viable, less-'everyday' alternatives.

2) Generally negative way to refer to something that shouldn't be as hyped as it is.

3) Shitty, overrated, whitewashed version of something.

Why order Pizza Hut, that shit's hella Chipotléesque, let's just order a slice to go from the liquor store instead.
