The word Biba in punjabi language means a woman who is special in her own independent way in looks that she is so devine and smart and conquers whatever was special because looks are too independent. It is more commonly used for almond/vanilla skin girls because they are super special looking compared to other skin colors in a more slang way in phrases. However, this isn’t the actual meaning when it is used for this skin color.
