Smoulgus is noun or sometimes adjective that is equivalent to AIDS, Hepatitis, Gonorrhea, Syphilis, Chlamydia, Crabs, Genital Warts, and any imaginable STI, all rolled into one delightfully disgusting package. Its basically a word to describe pure disgusting grimey grossness.
