A person who like stoner things but does not smoke weed. One who chills with, talks like, acts like, and anything a stoner does but doen't smoke. Ressons can be because of differant things from not wanting to get busted to not being able to hold in smoke because of lung problems.

Generally used in the military. Weird Army and Marine people will say that it is "ahooha", "hoora", or something similar, but the correct, historical pronunciation is "hooah".

Anything and everything positive. Also used as an affirmative response to a question.
