Describes either the person or the the Job that a person gets to work on while working for a Company that pays on Piece rate. This can be done by working really hard/fast or in some cases getting a job that's pays really good.

"Did you see the Chinger that Dave got?"

Red beard with blond hair. Chews on his beard, sticks a chinger hair between his teeth to floss, and then combs it with a beaver foot while simultaneously spreading a disease around campus.

Example 1:
Me: Awwww come on chinger! I worked hard to preserve that beaver foot.

Chinger: I forgot my comb at home though...

Me: Did you forget your floss, too?

Chinger: No. Isn't it cool that I can do this with my beard though because it's so long?
